1. The service
Vacation Pilot is a travel planning platform that aggregates flight, accommodation, car rental and experience offers from connected providers and the Vacation Pilot inventory engine. Offers marked as estimates are indicative and confirmed at provider checkout.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when a confirmation reference is issued. Where a provider operates the underlying service, that provider's conditions of carriage or stay apply alongside these terms.
3. Pricing & currency
Prices are displayed in EUR with approximate conversions powered by European Central Bank reference rates. Taxes and service fees are itemised before payment. Promotional strike-through prices reflect the provider's recent undiscounted rate.
4. Cancellations
Items marked 'Free cancellation' may be cancelled without charge inside the stated window. Other items follow the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
5. Liability
Vacation Pilot acts as an intermediary and is not the operator of transport, accommodation or experience services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid through the platform for the affected booking.
